• 6 aggregate hopper on single or double batcher
• 3 cement silos
• 2 additive to weight to flowmeters
• 2 waters to weight or flowmeter
• 2 sand moisture probes
• 1 environment temperature detector
• 1 ammeter for monitoring the electric absorption
• 1 sensor of slump survey in cement mixer or in mixer.

The form of dosing is able to manage in automatic way, all the phases of the production of the concrete guaranteeing a product quantitatively constant and believer to the parameters of precision required. All the materials that compose the mix, are contemporarily dosed and totally in automatic way .

The enormous versatility of the system allows the direct and integrated management of the consistence of the concrete. Both on the blender and in truck mixer, the software is able to visualize in real-time the degree of consistence and eventually to intervene in automatic way to the correction (according to the parameters customizable for every combination m3/formula).

Whatever action or change to the mix during the automatic dosing, are recorded and eventually underlined in the report of production. The system handles besides to record extraordinary events as the interruption of tide or the automatic formality passages in manual formality or manua /assisted, and vice versa.

The implementation of an innovative system software of logic dosing fuzzy cognitive and the elevated parallelism of the operations, allow to get a perfect dosing in least times, besides a system owner of management and reading of the aggregates moisture probes and management of the slump, allow to contain the relationship water/cement in the in demand limits.

The sequences and the times of dosing, the discharge and the regulation/monitoring of the slump, are totally customizable also for every formula .

The number and the type of the components of a mix is limited only from the quantity of the available devices of dosing on the synoptic.

All the files can be produced in Access®, SQLServer®, FoxPRO®, MySQL, ORACLE® or in any else Database that has driver for connections ODBC.

The control panel (or the desk and the pc) can be positioned hundreds ache of meters from the electric/manual panel . Besides the system can operate online and to share the registry data with a server.

The synoptic video can be visualized on whatever PC connected to the business net. The program gives ample operational liberties allowing to the operator to interact in real-time with the plant, through mouse or touch-screen, directly acting on the animate devices of the synoptic video.

The native integration with the procedure Concrete2000 allows to automatize all the necessary operations to the union of data coming from more production plants displaced on the territory and to manage all the phases of exploitation of the sold products and billing.
